Marie-Geneviève CAIN dite LATAILLE  was born 24 February 1746 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Marie-Geneviève died 13 September 1821 in Marieville, Rouville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Monnoir).  Marie-Geneviève was the child of Jean-Baptiste CAIN dit LATAILLE and Catherine-Geneviève LUNEAU (LOUINEAU).
