Charles CHARTIER  was born 17 January 1692 in Saint-François-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Charles died 11 April 1736 in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud).  Charles was the child of Michel CHARTIER and Catherine CHAMBERLAND.
