Joseph  married  Marie-Josephe TURCOT (TURCOTTE) 3 June 1771 in Saint-Cuthbert, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Marie-Josephe TURCOT (TURCOTTE)  was born abt. 1750 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Josephe died 24 December 1814 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  Marie-Josephe was the child of Alexis TURCOT (TURCOTTE) and Marie-Madeleine DUTEAU.

Joseph GRIGNON died 27 February 1826 in Saint-Damase, Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada .
