Benjamin  married  Marie-Victoire ROY 9 February 1802 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .  Marie-Victoire ROY  was born abt. 1787 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie-Victoire died 24 January 1811 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (St-Andre). 

Benjamin  married  (2) Theotiste BOUCHARD 10 January 1814 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Theotiste BOUCHARD  was born 3 May 1786 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Theotiste died 25 September 1875 in Frenchville, Maine, USA (Chateaugay) (Ste-Emilie) (Ste-Luce).  Theotiste was the child of Prisque BOUCHARD and Marie-Josephe SAUCIER.

Benjamin MARQUIS died 1 October 1864 in Frenchville, Maine, USA .
