Ignace TESSIER  was born 24 February 1771 in Lachine, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saints-Anges-de-Lachine).  Ignace died 2 November 1828 in St-Clément, Beauharnois, Quebec, Canada.  Ignace was the child of Jacques TESSIER and Marguerite SURETTE.
