Joseph ALLARD  was born 1 December 1732 in Gaspé, Québec, Canada (Saint-Albert-de-Gaspe).  Joseph died 25 May 1789 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Joseph was the child of Jean-Baptiste ALLARD and Agathe MEUNIER.
