Charles LAGARDE  was born abt. 1763 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Charles died 21 March 1826 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Charles was the child of Francois-Leonard LAGARDE dit AUBAN and Francoise DUPLESSIS dite ROBRAU.
