Paul  married  Geneviève BERUBE 15 January 1776 in Rivière-Ouelle, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 13 children.
Geneviève BERUBE  was born 8 October 1753 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Geneviève died 16 June 1794 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Geneviève was the child of François BERUBE and Angélique-Madeleine LEVESQUE.

Paul  married  (2) Veronique DANCOSSE 11 April 1796 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 9 children.
Veronique DANCOSSE  was born abt. 1764 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Veronique died 26 December 1835 in Saint-Pascal, Kamouraksa, Québec, Canada.  Veronique was the child of Pierre DANCOSSE and Françoise FOURNIER.

Paul THÉRIAULT died 7 July 1820 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
