François BELANGER  was born 7 October 1612 in Lisieux, Normandie, France.  François died abt. 1686 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  François was the child of Francois BELANGER and Francoise HORLAYS.
