Ce jugement fut annule, le 6 octobre 1722, par un acte devant Lacetiere, notaire a Quebec. Etaient temoins: Charles Debled, marchand; Louis du Tissene, etudiant, tous deux de Quebec. Niquest, presnt, ne sait signer. Les signataires sont: ' Jean-Baptiste Joutras Derosiers, Francoise Lemoine, Debled, Tisne.'
