Michel FOURQUIN dit LEVEILLE  was born 30 September 1791 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Michel died 29 October 1861 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Michel was the child of Joseph FOURQUIN dit LÉVEILLÉ and Marguerite LASALLE dite TALUSSIER.
