Marie-Anne MATTE  was born 23 March 1708 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Marie-Anne died 1 October 1769 in Lotbinière, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis).  Marie-Anne was the child of Laurent MATTE and Françoise SYLVESTRE dite CHAMPAGNE.
