Marie Catherine  married  Louis LACROIX dit QUEVILLON 12 September 1803 in Saint-Ours, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 6 children.
Louis LACROIX dit QUEVILLON  was born 8 January 1775 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Louis died 31 October 1843 in Colchester, Vermont, USA (Malletts Bay).  Louis was the child of Jean-Baptiste QUEVILLON LACROIX and Françoise DUVAL.

Marie Catherine BENOIT died 19 March 1841 in Colchester, Vermont, USA .
