'Jean, born on the 7th, baptized on 12 July 1676 at L'Ange-Gardien; died before 1730. Married at Contrecoeur on 16 February 1705 (contract Benoit on the 15th, recorded in the records of Adhemar on 17 March), to Marie-Madeleine Leclerc (1679-1708), daughter of Guillaume and of Marie-Therese Hunault (1 son and 1 daughter). Marie-Madeleine was the widow of Louis Emery dit Coderre from whom she had 2 sons and 1 daughter. This family lived at Vercheres and Contrecoeur.'
