Jean-Baptiste  married  Marie HÉBERT 16 October 1730 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 8 children. Marie HÉBERT  was born 4 September 1702 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Québec, Canada.  Marie died 9 November 1744 in Deschambault, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Deschambault).  Marie was the child of Guillaume HÉBERT dit LECOMTE and Marie-Anne ROUSSIN.

Jean-Baptiste  married  (2) Françoise MARCOTTE 11 January 1745 in Deschambault, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 5 children. Françoise MARCOTTE  was born 29 January 1720 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Françoise died 27 March 1784 in Deschambault, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Deschambault).  Françoise was the child of François MARCOTTE and Marie-Thérèse DESNOYERS.
