Francois OUELLET  was born 31 May 1734 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Francois died 23 June 1814 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Francois was the child of Francois OUELLET and Felicite PINEL dite LAFRANCE.
