No clue who the parents are. Also, not positive that William and Silas are Cummings brothers, but they appear together in a sheriff's sale notice in Saratoga Springs, NY in 1821. It appears that someone won a lawsuit against these three men and the court authorized the sheriff to sell their assets to pay the debt.
