June 7, 1860 The Berkshire Eagle, Pittsfield, Berkshire, Massachusetts

Sad Accident - On Friday last, Mr. Henry Timm of Lenox, took Mr. C. C. P. Perry's horse and wagon to go to the burying ground, to make some arrangements for the burial of his child; two of his children, a little son and daughter, accompanied him, and on returning, when near the foot of the hill by the church, the horse became unmanageable and ran, overturning the wagon, and throwing the family out. Mr. Timm and the daughter were taken up senseless. Mr. Timm was seriously, and his daughter dangerously injured.
