Noel LEVAC  was born abt. 1762 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Noel died 15 April 1847 in Les Cèdres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Soulanges Les Cedres).  Noel was the child of Martin LEVAC and Josephte RHÉAUME.
