Joseph FORTIER  was born 31 March 1699 in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Joseph died 12 January 1775 in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, Québec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Antoine FORTIER and Marie-Madeleine CADIEUX.
