'Jean-Baptiste, born on the 18th and baptized at Quebec on 21 September 1651; died on the 21st and buried in the same place on 22 February 1715. Married also at Quebec on 26 April 1672 (contract Duquet, the 19th), to Jeanne Quelve (1652-1721), daughter of Jean and of Marie Camus, from Saint-Gilles d'Evreux, in Normandy (4 sons, 7 daughters and 1 anonymous). Voyageur to the Outaouais in 1697. He and his son Jean-Baptiste were church wardens at Quebec.'
