Jerome-Isaac GIRARD  was born 31 October 1742 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Jerome-Isaac died 7 January 1821 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Jerome-Isaac was the child of Pierre GIRARD and Marie-Anne VÉZINA.
