Simon DAROIS  was born abt. 1725 in Grand Pré, Nova Scotia, Canada (Saint-Charles-des-Mines, Acadia).  Simon died 11 November 1781 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Simon was the child of Jean Jerome DAROIS and Marguerite BREAU (BRAULT).
