Charles  married  Geneviève BOSSE 24 April 1752 in L'Islet, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Geneviève BOSSE  was born 1 March 1737 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  Geneviève died 23 September 1801 in Les Cèdres, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Soulanges Les Cedres).  Geneviève was the child of Etienne BOSSE and Geneviève GRAVEL.

Charles METHOT died 5 September 1802 in Les Cèdres, Lower Canada .
