Charles  married  Françoise CHOQUET 29 September 1743 in Varennes, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Françoise CHOQUET  was born 26 July 1723 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Françoise died 20 November 1806 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Françoise was the child of Julien CHOQUET dit CHAMPAGNE and Françoise DAUDELIN.

Charles CHARRON died 15 October 1805 in Verchères, Lower Canada .
