Marguerite was deported as part of the Acadian Exile / Grand Derangement around 1755.

Marguerite  married  Pierre CORMIER abt. 1721 in Acadia, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 7 children. Pierre CORMIER  was born abt. 1703 in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada / Beaubassin, Acadia (Fort Lawrence).  Pierre died 24 December 1757 in Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) .  Pierre was the child of Alexis CORMIER and Marie Anne LEBLANC.
