Jean-Baptiste CHARLES dit LAJEUNESSE  was born 15 April 1689 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  He died 29 July 1745 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  He was the son of Étienne CHARLES dit LAJEUNESSE and Madeleine NIEL.

She married  (2) Jean-Baptiste JOLY 7 November 1746 in Laval, Canada, New France .  Jean-Baptiste JOLY  was born 13 January 1712 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rivière-des-Prairies)*.  He died 7 March 1792 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Rose-de-Lima).  He was the son of Jean-Baptiste JOLY and Madeleine POUPEAU.
