Marie-Thérèse CARTIER was born 2 January 1776 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Province of Québec, Canada. Marie-Thérèse CARTIER was the child of François-De-Sales CARTIER   and   Louise-Marie PETIT dite BRUNEAU and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Guillaume CARTIER and Marie-Claude GAMELIN (maternal)  Joseph PETIT dit BRUNEAU (BRUNO) and Agathe SICARD dite CARUFEL

Marriage(s) and Child(ren):

She married  Antoine-Salois CAYA 26 May 1795 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 14 children. Antoine-Salois CAYA  was born 14 October 1773 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Québec, Canada.  He died 7 February 1824 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  He was the son of Joseph CAYA (CAILLA) and Elisabeth Isabelle BOUDREAU LANDRY.

Marie-Thérèse CARTIER died 24 October 1820 in Saint-François-du-Lac, Lower Canada.
