Francois CARDINAL  was born abt. 1761 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Francois died 7 February 1829 in Pointe-Claire, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joachim-de-la-Pointe-Claire).  Francois was the child of Jacques CARDINAL and Marie-Brigitte COUSINEAU.
