Joseph LOISEAU  was born 1 July 1774 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Joseph died 15 December 1843 in Saint-Hugues, Québec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Jean-Charles LOISEAU (LOZEAU) and Marie-Madeleine LUSSIER.
