Modeste FORTIN  was born 14 July 1795 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Modeste was the child of Damase FORTIN and Genevieve SIMARD.
