Jean-Pierre ARSENAULT  was born 29 January 1790 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Jean-Pierre died 1 November 1880 Jean-Pierre was the child of Jean Pierre Alexandre ARSENEAU (ARSENAULT) and Marie-Rose MIGNEAULT dite LABRIE.
