Charles BEDARD  was born 19 December 1763 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Charles died 15 October 1810 in Sainte-Foy, Québec, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Foy).  Charles was the child of Charles-Joseph BÉDARD and Elizabeth BERTHIAUME.
