Louis-Jacques-Sebastien SIMARD  was born 15 August 1758 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Louis-Jacques-Sebastien died 7 May 1832 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-la-Petite-Rivière).  Louis-Jacques-Sebastien was the child of Joseph-Noel SIMARD and Marie-Geneviève TREMBLAY.
