Julien TALUA killed Antoine ROY dit DESJARDINS at Lachine, in 1684, when he found ROY in bed with his wife. Julien was taken to Quebec and tried, but was allowed to return to Montreal. Mme. TALUA was tried for adultry and banished from the island of Montreal for life.
