Isaac  married  Marie-Josephte MIGNERON dite LAJEUNESSE 6 October 1788 in Repentigny, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Josephte MIGNERON dite LAJEUNESSE  was born 17 November 1769 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Marie-Josephte died 20 April 1845 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Marie-Josephte was the child of François MIGNERON dit LAJEUNESSE and Catherine LEVESQUE dite SANSOUCY.

Isaac DUPUIS died 17 May 1798 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
