Amand was deported as part of the Acadian Exile / Grand Derangement around 1755.

He married  Marie Blanche LANDRY abt. 1754 in Acadia, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child. Marie Blanche LANDRY  was born abt. 1734 in Acadia, Canada (Acadie).  She was the daughter of Germain LANDRY and Cecile FOREST.

He married  (2) Anastasie LEBLANC 24 June 1793 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .  Anastasie LEBLANC  was born 25 January 1732 in Grand Pré, Nova Scotia, Canada / Saint-Charles-des-Mines, Acadia.  She died 27 March 1808 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  She was the daughter of Paul LEBLANC and Madeleine FOREST.

Amand DUPUIS died 9 November 1819 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
