Jean-Francois (Johann Franz)  married  Genevieve MICHAUD 22 November 1784 in Rivière-Ouelle, Province of Québec, Canada .  Genevieve MICHAUD  was born 24 July 1761 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Genevieve died 22 June 1802 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Genevieve was the child of Jean-Francois MICHAUD and Marie-Anne COTE.

Jean-Francois (Johann Franz)  married  (2) Genevieve SARRAZIN 9 April 1804 in Saint-Cuthbert, Lower Canada .  Genevieve SARRAZIN  was born 8 December 1775 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Genevieve died 5 October 1804 in Saint-Cuthbert, Québec, Canada.  Genevieve was the child of François SARRAZIN and Françoise SYLVESTRE.

Jean-Francois (Johann Franz)  married  (3) Marguerite BOUCHER 10 February 1806 in Berthierville, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marguerite BOUCHER  was born 4 June 1773 in Berthierville, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Haut) (Ste-Genevieve-de-Berthier).  Marguerite died 16 August 1845 in Lanoraie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Lanoraie).  Marguerite was the child of Antoine BOUCHER and Marie-Therese RONDEAU.

Jean-Francois (Johann Franz) RITSER (RITZER) died 15 April 1817 in Saint-Cuthbert, Lower Canada.
