Alexis  married  Angelique BERGERON 23 July 1752 in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, Canada, New France .  Angelique BERGERON  was born 1 April 1735 in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, Québec, Canada.  Angelique died 19 September 1793 in Sainte-Croix, Lotbinière, Québec, Canada.  Angelique was the child of Jean-Baptiste BERGERON and Marie-Charlotte HOUDE.

Alexis HAMEL died 18 November 1812 in Sainte-Croix, Lotbinière, Lower Canada.
