Francois MOREAU  was born 4 June 1794 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Francois died 26 November 1886 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada (Fraserville) (Riviere du Loup en Bas) (Saint-Patrice).  Francois was the child of Joseph MOREAU and Marie-Josephte MORIN.
