Amable  married  Marie-Marguerite GUÉRET dite DUMONT 16 January 1786 in Kamouraska, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Marguerite GUÉRET dite DUMONT  was born 12 February 1767 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marie-Marguerite died 15 March 1847 in L'Isle-Verte, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-l'Isle-Verte).  Marie-Marguerite was the child of Michel GUÉRET dit DUMONT and Marie Anne RAYMOND.

Amable MARQUIS died 11 January 1831 in L'Isle-Verte, Lower Canada .
