François  married  Josephte NADEAU 7 October 1800 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Lower Canada .  Josephte NADEAU  was born 27 October 1767 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Josephte died 4 October 1848 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada (Saints-Gervais-et-Protais).  Josephte was the child of Louis NADEAU and Marie-Josephe BILODEAU.

François NADEAU died 20 June 1855 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Canada East .
