François-Amable  married  Louise ROUSSEAU 16 February 1756 in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montréal, Canada, New France .  Louise ROUSSEAU  was born 2 October 1735 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis) (La Nativité).  Louise died 18 November 1809 in Île-Perrot, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal).  Louise was the child of Joseph ROUSSEAU dit LABONTÉ and Marie-Josephte LEMIEUX.
