Charles  married  Marie Anne BRAULT 29 January 1770 in L'Assomption, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie Anne BRAULT  was born abt. 1750 Marie Anne died 15 February 1791 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Marie Anne was the child of Paul BRAULT and Marie-Josephte LANDRY.

Charles RATELLE died 27 April 1803 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
