François-De-Sales BERTRAND  was born 19 September 1717 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  François-De-Sales died 27 September 1759 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  François-De-Sales was the child of Jean-François BERTRAND and Anne RICHARD.
