Charles  married  Angelique GIROUARD dite MALOUIN 22 April 1799 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .  Angelique GIROUARD dite MALOUIN  was born 3 July 1766 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Angelique died 4 October 1826 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Angelique was the child of Joseph GIROUARD and Marie Josephe ARSENAULT.
