Philomene BLAIS  was born abt. 1837 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Philomene died 29 August 1914 in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Philomene was the child of Narcisse BLAIS and Adelaide CHAUDILLON.
