Pierre  married  Marie-Agnes PEPIN 13 July 1750 in Sainte-Geneviève, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Marie-Agnes PEPIN  was born 12 July 1730 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Marie-Agnes died 15 June 1809 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Marie-Agnes was the child of Robert PEPIN and Marie-Anne DELAGE dite LAFLEUR.

Pierre PLOUFFE died 13 January 1799 in Montréal, Lower Canada .
