Charles-François  married  Josephte LECLERC 9 November 1772 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Josephte LECLERC  was born 15 January 1748 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Josephte died 27 April 1828 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Josephte was the child of Joseph LECLERC dit FRANCOEUR and Francoise-Marguerite DURAND.

Charles-François SOUCY died 19 February 1833 in Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
