Nicolas  married  Marie-Anne HARDY 20 November 1741 in Cap-Santé, Canada, New France .  Marie-Anne HARDY  was born 29 November 1715 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Marie-Anne died 12 November 1757 in Cap-Santé, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-du-Cap-Sante).  Marie-Anne was the child of Pierre HARDY dit CHATILLON and Marie-Charlotte LEFEBVRE dite ANGERS.

Nicolas PETIT died 23 June 1787 in Cap-Santé, Province of Québec, Canada .
